Three decades ago, Peter Casey left Xerox and partnered with a recruiting firm to find his next role. When the offer finally came, Peter saw an opportunity—not just for himself, but to improve the system. He told the company,
“You need a better recruitment partner. Let me be that for you.”
Within a week, he delivered results—and Claddagh was born.
