Ryan has led Claddagh since 2018, modernizing how the firm sources and assesses candidates while keeping the relationship-first approach it was built on. He graduated from the University of Georgia’s J.M. Tull School of Accounting in 2016 and began his career in consulting at Capgemini, in their Business Transformation Services unit.

Peter began his career at Rank Xerox in Australia before starting and selling his first recruitment company. He moved to Atlanta and founded Network Resources, which became Claddagh Resources in 1996. Irish America Magazine named him one of 2007’s leading Irish American Businessmen. He is an award-winning author of two books, and appeared as an investor across two seasons of Dragons’ Den. In 2018 he placed second in Ireland’s presidential election with 23% of the vote.

Jack runs Claddagh’s SAP S/4HANA and supply chain practice alongside partner-level legal search, and acts as the firm’s in-house SAP subject-matter expert. He spends his days with people at the cutting edge of their field, whether that is technology, marketing or business transformation, which is what makes him useful to a client trying to work out who is genuinely good and who merely interviews well.

In Europe he built and ran a large search team that delivered across multiple markets. Born and raised in Bangkok, Annie is a dual Thai-American citizen and a cum laude graduate of American University in Washington, D.C., where she studied International Relations with a focus on environmental sustainability and human development. She began her recruiting career in legal and regulatory recruitment at Larson Maddox, where she was named the firm’s Top Rookie.

At Claddagh she specializes in IT, technology, legal and consulting placements, splitting her time between New York and London, which makes her the natural bridge when a search runs on both sides of the Atlantic.

Born and raised in Georgia, Katherine graduated from Georgia College and spent seven years as an educator in Metro Atlanta. She earned multiple Teacher of the Year nominations and served in county leadership roles focused on building better systems and better fits, for students and staff alike. She brings the same data-driven, individual approach to every search she runs.

A graduate of the College of Charleston, Siofra began at Claddagh in research and sourcing before leaving for a year of specialist legal search, placing mid-level to executive attorneys across technology, media, telecoms and manufacturing. She came back with that depth behind her and now runs full-cycle searches across the firm’s practices, which means she can read a shortlist from both ends, as the person who built it and the person who has to defend it.

Jay fills director-level, partner-track and managing consultant roles across top-tier consulting firms, working directly with CTOs, Managing Directors and Chief Talent Officers. The titles he places include Consulting Partner, Managing Partner, Client Partner, Director of Transformation and business development leadership, with a particular eye on newer practices in AI, cloud alliances, sustainability and healthcare transformation.

He came to search from the technical side: Workday implementations, enterprise integration architecture and product leadership, plus two years as a consultant himself. That background gives him unusual credibility when he is assessing senior candidates in SAP, cloud, digital transformation, cybersecurity, retail technology and emerging AI. It also means he can tell the difference between someone who has actually run the thing and someone who has only advised on it.

Jennifer joined Claddagh in December 2000 and has spent her career in executive search. She builds and maintains the continuous candidate pipelines that let the firm move quickly when a new mandate lands, and she is the reason a one-week shortlist is a promise rather than a hope. A graduate of the National University of Ireland, Galway, with a BA (Hons) and a Higher Diploma in Systems Analysis.
