In the past few years we have been asked to go further afield: construction and building products, AI healthcare, investment banking. We take some pride in being able to find almost anyone. But if you want to know where we are genuinely hard to beat, it is consulting and enterprise software.

We have worked remotely since 2020. What began as a necessity turned out to suit the work. Our recruiters sit where the talent is, from Atlanta and New York to London, Dublin and Co. Donegal, rather than where a lease happened to be.

Every recruiter here works with AI tools daily, for research, reading and keeping track of people. None of it replaces the phone call. We do not make AI phone calls and we do not run AI interviews, and we have written down exactly where we draw that line.

Jenny has been finding candidates for this firm since December 2000. Peter still chairs it. It is a small team and it behaves like one, which is the part you cannot really put on a website and the part clients tell us they notice.
