Ryan Casey grew up in Atlanta and graduated from The University of Georgia’s J.M. Tull School of Accounting in May 2016. After graduation, Ryan began his career in Consulting with Capgemini where he held a position in their Business Transformation Services unit until December 2017. Ryan rejoined Claddagh Resources, where he spent his summers during high school and college. He moved into a leadership position to help with his father’s transition out of the business world and into the world of Irish Politics. In December 2018, Ryan became the CEO and now directly trains and manages Claddagh’s growing team of recruiters, manages clients, and oversees daily business operations. Outside of work, Ryan keeps a busy schedule and is known for playing basketball in the mornings, trying to improve his golf game, and enjoying his life as a newlywed.
Karla has worked at Claddagh for 12 years and is currently the Director of Recruitment. She works on roles in the USA and Europe, with industry specialization in Insurance and Manufacturing and domain specialization in Data Science, Agile Transformation, DevOps, and Enterprise Sales. Karla works directly with clients to help facilitate their needs. Before Claddagh, Karla worked at Devlin Partners and Accenture. Karla is a graduate of the University of Georgia.
Mark currently serves as Senior Vice President, Executive Search, for Claddagh Resources. He has been in executive search for 15+ years and held senior corporate roles in executive staffing for 17 years. Formerly he headed recruiting for the HayGroup and was a corporate VP of Executive Recruiting for Macy’s for 13 years. In addition to executive search, he has a background in executive coaching, outplacement and executive coaching. In his personal time, Mark enjoys beating the competition in team trivia.
Jack has been recruiting with Claddagh Resources for three years. He enjoys connecting with people on the cutting edge of their field whether it be technology, marketing or business transformation.
In his leisure time, Jack enjoys playing soccer, Gaelic football, and hurling.
George is a Georgia Tech alumni and Atlanta, GA native. He is driven by a desire to inspire and develop others. George sees himself as a student of leadership, always aiming to better himself and his team. He has been connecting top tier talent with Blue-Chip Consulting firms since January 2018. He is passionate about working with individuals and companies to optimize the most important decision employers and employees can make, staffing.
George works directly with the partners of global consulting firms to help recruit top executives for the “new-age” strategy and transformation practice. George focuses on life science/healthcare, manufacturing, telecommunications, and Airlines industries with emphasis on their Block-Chain, IoT, AI/Machine Learning, Cloud technology, Customer Experience, and Digital Supply Chain.
George’s life goals include: owning a Tesla, establishing a safe haven for animals, flying a F-22 Raptor, traveling to space, sailing around the world (with his dog Waffles), becoming a saxophone virtuoso, starting a technology incubator (in order to use the funds to re-write the last two seasons of Game of Thrones.)
Longtime Coach, educator and consultant, Jim Falcetti drives new business and assist Peter with new ventures. A finance specialist and well-traveled executive, Jim has spearheaded the opening of relationships with new clients and partnerships.
A proud native of Holyoke, Massachusetts, Jim had positioned himself in custodial banking before attending the University of Notre Dame for his Masters, and eventually making his way to the South East. He has held several positions within education and athletics. He is unapologetically fond of the Fighting Irish, the LSU Tigers and the New England Patriots. He currently lives in Atlanta with his wife and children.
Having traveled many roads, including walking from France to Portugal, Jim is liaison to new clients as well as lead recruiter on many niche searches. He also personally assists Peter on high level roles as well as Peter’s new ventures both political and business.
Jim enjoys entrepreneurial pursuits, the outdoors, investing, fitness, building model train sets with his son, and tending his garden with his daughter.
Joe was born and raised in Atlanta, GA and graduated from Kennesaw State University with a Bachelors in Finance. He joined the Claddagh team in June 2018 and has found success placing executive top-level talent in the Financial, CX, Supply Chain, Life Sciences, RPA/Machine Learning spaces, and more. Prior to joining Claddagh, Joe was in Client Services working in both Atlanta and Los Angeles. He worked at one of the largest legal financial recovery firms in the country, where he managed the relationship between the firm and six Fortune 500 clients consisting of the United States’ largest publicly traded creditors and debt buyers. In his spare time, he likes to play guitar, hike, and travel to the west coast.

Allison is a native of Knoxville, Tennessee, and holds a degree in Business. She has recently joined the Claddagh team as an Executive Search Consultant. Her move to recruitment was driven by a strong background in the public sector and her love of working with people.
She focuses on Business Development, Finance, Mergers &Acquisitions, and Organizational Change Management senior-level consulting roles on a global scale with passion and dedication to Customer Experience, Organizational Transformation, and Strategy.
Outside of the office, you can almost assuredly find her at a baseball field championing for her two sons alongside her husband. In her “leisure”, Allison enjoys time with her family, friends, traveling, and entertaining.
Ginny Parrino is a north Georgia native who has lived in many places such as Washington, D.C., Charleston, S.C. and New York City. While she started her working career as a recruiter for teachers and administrators in private schools nationwide, she was also a teacher herself for many years. She joined Claddagh in 2022 to return to the world of recruitment, this time on the business side. She is a graduate of the University of Mississippi where she obtained her Master’s in Education from Southern Wesleyan. She lives in the Atlanta area with her husband and daughter. She is a season ticket holder for Atlanta United Soccer and can be found cheering for the Five Stripes at almost every match!
Kritish Bajracharya originally from Nepal, moved to Atlanta, Georgia in 2015. He is a graduate of Kennesaw State University with Bachelors of Science in Information Technology in 2021. After graduation he joined Claddagh team as an Executive Search Consultant and now he is a part of the recruitment team responsible with building a candidate pipeline in different industries in different executive level client positions. Kritish is a strong believer in positive thinking and doing deep research before proceding with any kind of work.
Outside of work, Kritish enjoys watching movies and series but can also be found on outdoor recreational activities.
Summer is originally from North Texas but now lives in the beautiful Ozark Mountains of Northwest Arkansas, near the Mulberry River. She graduated with a degree in Geography & The Environment from University of North Texas, then spent the first chapter of her professional career as an agricultural entrepreneur near St. Louis MO, where she learned how to articulate offerings and provide value to customers of all shapes and scales. She carried that experience forward to Claddagh, where she joined the team in 2021.
Since delving into the world of “business as a discipline,” Summer has become adept at facilitating process improvement (drawing on LEAN principles she applied in an agricultural environment) and at helping candidates identify & articulate their own value. She matches high-performing folks with top-notch organizations, helping both to evolve and excel.
When not at work, you’ll find Summer either in the garden tending her small-scale herbal tea & elderberry operations and beehives, or in the kitchen whipping up something delicious from farm-fresh ingredients, or hiking & canoeing & mountain biking the Ozarks, or teaching yoga in the nearby community, or otherwise enjoying the mountain life with her husband and their two energetic dogs.
Born and raised in Georgia, Katherine graduated from Georgia College and spent seven years as an educator in the Metro-Atlanta area. Working to provide her students and teams with the best experience possible, Katherine was recognized with multiple Teacher of the Year nominations and served in leadership roles within the county to improve systems and find the best fit for students and staff alike. With years of data-driven problem-solving experience behind her, Katherine is thrilled to be a part of Claddagh and the chance to support individual candidates and clients in achieving success. George McAllister has been with Claddagh for over 20 years and has worn many hats during his time there. He runs the Ireland operations and also doubles down as the company’s go-to IT Guru. George is known for being able to find a solution for any and every problem, no matter which side of the pond it is on! When he is not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Ursula and their lovely grandchildren.
Based in Paris, John T. (J.T.) Sadler IV is an Executive Search Director with documented success in SaaS/Software & Tier One Management Consulting-including Digital Strategy and Enterprise Transformation technologies such as SaaS, Block-chain, IoT, AI/Machine Learning, Digital/Cloud involvement as well as Customer Experience products & initiatives. After graduating from the University of Alabama, J.T. has been connecting top tier talent with Blue-Chip Consulting and rapidly scaling Software/SaaS firms for nearly 10 years. He is passionate about working with individuals and companies to optimize the most important decision employers and employees can make- executive hiring and staffing. Originally from Aiken, South Carolina John spent 8 years in Atlanta, GA before moving to Paris with his wife in 2019.
A graduate of the National University of Ireland, Galway (Bachelor of Arts (Hons); Higher Diploma in Systems Analysis) Jennifer is based in Donegal, Ireland. She has been in Executive Search for 20+ years. Having initially joined the Claddagh team in December 2000 she is part of the recruitment team taking care of building a candidate pipeline, working to develop a continuous pipeline of potential candidates for various client positions. She has excellent communications skills and sourcing techniques and is skilled in the area of executive search. Outside of work she enjoys listening to music, reading and walking.

Trisha is a graduate of the National College of Ireland where she received her Bachelor of Arts, Human Resources Management. Trisha has worked with Claddagh for 14+ years. Her expertise is in global executive search within IT Consulting, Software and Pharmaceuticals. She has worked with various clients in Europe and the US in an RPO capacity as well as partnering with Start-Ups to help them hire their top level management teams. Trisha’s strength is in headhunting top talent and working closely with the candidate and the client throughout the complete recruitment process. Trisha has spent time working in the UK, Germany, US and Australia before returning to her native Donegal, Ireland. She lives there with her husband and three small children. Outside of work, Trisha loves spending time with her family and staying active through running and yoga.
Shaheen Thippadu originally from Mauritius moved to Dublin in 2006. Since then, she has worked in multinational companies where she learnt every side of business including Customer Care, Finance, HR/Recruitment, Event management, QA/Compliance and People Management.
Her objective was to understand every aspect of how business operates and add value to the team. Her next objective was to choose the right career path from all the experiences obtained and obviously as she is a people person, she chose the recruitment route. Shaheen is passionate about people as she believes it is one of the “must have” qualities to be in the recruitment industry. Alecia, a native of Co. Donegal in Ireland, graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Computing with Business Applications from Letterkenny Institute of Technology. Alecia has worked as a recruitment coordinator for over two years for Tata Consultancy Services Ireland (formerly Pramerica) where she developed an understanding and basis for recruitment that lead the way for her to begin the next chapter in her professional journey as a Recruitment Consultant at Claddagh Resources.
Outside of work Alecia enjoys spending time with her family, travelling the world and giving back to the community through charity work.
I grew up at Inishowen Lighthouse in Donegal, where my father is a Lighthouse Keeper. I moved to London where I lived for 10 years and worked for The Hilton Group, my roles were within Revenue, Sales and Event Management. I eventually moved back home to Ireland with my husband Stephen and 2 daughters, Alex and Macey-Mae whom both keep me busy attending Gaelic matches.
In my spare time, I do a lot of walking with our 3 dogs and my passion is Sailing, I crew a 40ft Yacht along with 5 other crew members.
Denis, originally a native of Co. Kerry in Ireland, graduated with a First-Class Honours in International Business with Language (BBus Hons) from Cork Institute of Technology. He is a Prince2 certified Project Manager, with previous experience in Recruitment, Sales, and Customer Service, in both individual contributor and management roles. During his time in the industry, he has developed a wide range of hard and soft skills, that allow him to bring benefit to both client and candidate alike. Outside of work, Denis has a real passion for travel, spending a lot of time in various locations across the EU and the globe, as well as a love for music and sport.
