Ryan Casey
Ryan leads Claddagh’s operations and has been in the CEO role since 2018.

Ryan Casey is a proud Atlanta native and an alumnus of The University of Georgia’s J.M. Tull School of Accounting, from which he graduated in May 2016. His professional journey began with a role in Consulting at Capgemini, where he was a part of their Business Transformation Services unit until December 2017.
On the personal front, life has been exciting lately as he has transitioned from fiance to husband to girl-dad. He’s married to the wonderful Sarah, a dedicated nurse at Emory. The couple welcomed their daughter, Grace, in November 2022, adding a new chapter of joy to their lives. They’ve made their home in the neighborhood of Brookhaven. Ryan is a regular at F3, attending morning workouts at various Atlanta AO’s. Saturdays are reserved for cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs, the back-to-back national football champions. While his love for basketball remains undiminished, he’s also continually working on refining his golf skills.

Peter Casey
The founder of Claddagh – Peter has a successful history as an entrepreneur, writer, investor, and politician.

Peter started his professional career out in Australia working for Rank Xerox before ultimately starting and selling his first recruitment company. He moved out for Atlanta, Georgia where he founded Network Resources, which became Claddagh Resources in 1996. Irish America Magazine named him as one of 2007’s leading Irish American Businessman. Peter is an award-winning author who has written two books. He is a known investor who appeared on 2 seasons of Dragons Den. In 2018, Peter placed 2nd in the Ireland Presidential Election, claiming 23% of the total vote.
Peter has been married to his wife Helen for over 30 years and has raised 5 children. He is a proud grandfather of baby Grace Casey.

Jack leads the S4 Hana and Supply Chain recruitment at Claddagh. Jack is also responsible for legal recruitment at Claddagh at the partner level.

Born and raised in Georgia, Katherine graduated from Georgia College and spent seven years as an educator in the Metro-Atlanta area. Working to provide her students and teams with the best experience possible, Katherine was recognized with multiple Teacher of the Year nominations and served in leadership roles within the county to improve systems and find the best fit for students and staff alike. With years of data-driven problem-solving experience behind her, Katherine is thrilled to be a part of Claddagh and the chance to support individual candidates and clients in achieving success. Jennifer McAuley
A graduate of the National University of Ireland, Galway (Bachelor of Arts (Hons); Higher Diploma in Systems Analysis) Jennifer is based in Donegal, Ireland. She has been in Executive Search for 20+ years. Having initially joined the Claddagh team in December 2000 she is part of the recruitment team taking care of building a candidate pipeline, working to develop a continuous pipeline of potential candidates for various client positions. She has excellent communications skills and sourcing techniques and is skilled in the area of executive search. Outside of work she enjoys listening to music, reading and walking.
